Description

The Senior Director, Office of the President, plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making processes for the firm’s executive leadership. This position demands a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balance of strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail, thriving in an environment that values effective organizational leadership. 

 

Responsibilities

·         Lead and manage complex projects, including large-scale meetings and strategic initiatives for Global Investing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

·         Utilize firm resources to devise innovative solutions, collaborating with multiple departments to achieve optimal outcomes.

·         Draft, revise, and proofread critical documents, supporting Global Investing communications with precision and clarity.

·         Act as a liaison with key stakeholders across the firm to gather essential insights and produce comprehensive reports.

·         Develop and deliver high-quality presentation materials for executive meetings, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision of the CA and GI Leadership Team.

·         Drive strategic projects on behalf of senior leaders within Global Investing, ensuring timely and effective execution.

·         Evaluate and enhance business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

·         Execute special projects as assigned by the Office of the President, demonstrating flexibility and strategic acumen.

·         Coordinate and support the Global Investment Leadership Team (GILT) to ensure strategic alignment and facilitate seamless communication across teams.

·         Support the annual talent review process by collaborating with HR and leadership to identify and develop key talent within the organization.

 

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

·         A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and influence at senior levels.

·         Demonstrated experience working with executive decision-makers, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
