Project Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer for a contract engagement within their IT department. This role focuses on the daily management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of a Workforce solution built on Salesforce, ensuring system stability and supporting critical workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce forms
- Configure and maintain field-level security and validation rules
- Perform APEX development for platform support and enhancements
- Manage profiles for users and service accounts
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain platform stability
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with APEX Development
- Strong Salesforce troubleshooting and bug-fixing skills
- Strong SOQL skills, including query optimization and cross-table queries
- Excellent communication skills for status reporting and stakeholder requirements discovery
- Ability to work independently and complete work in a timely manner
