See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:</span> </b></p><p></p><p><b><span>At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.</span></b></p><p></p><p><b>Primary <span>Responsibilities: </span></b></p><ul><li>Manages product lifecycle and product performance such as Cost/Quality, Maintenance of Business, End of Life, Model line enhancements, SKU management and sales performance of assigned product category</li><li>Monitor and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies, quality issues, warranty/servicing costs, margins, and forecasting</li><li>Support the development of strategic and operational direction including new product plans / roadmaps as well as day-to-day tactical execution of product portfolio plans</li><li>Responsible for meeting financial targets and driving growth for the assigned product category</li><li>Support the preparation of business cases for key product and service initiatives</li><li>Identify strategic business partner opportunities for the assigned product category</li><li>Supports the pricing process for new and existing products</li><li>Support the company's participation in trade shows and other special events</li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert on the product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning</li><li>Support the sales team with product insights, sales pitches, and technical demonstrations</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain <span>skillsets/experiences</span> are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.</span> </b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, product marketing, engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or related field, preferably in marine electronics and/or power solutions</li><li>Proven ability to drive growth through an understanding of the customer and market, along with the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives.</li><li>Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and portfolio strategy.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>Understanding of operational processes, financial planning, pricing, margins, costs, inventories, and financial statements.</li><li>Ability to identify consumer, customer, product, and industry trends and develop strategies to take advantage of market opportunities.</li><li>Analyze competitive research and trends to guide category strategies and programs relative to product and program innovation.</li><li>Demonstrated willingness to challenge the status quo and constructively drive change while fostering teamwork and core enterprise values.</li><li>Familiarity with IMO regulations affecting product requirements</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Travel Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>20% required global travel</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working Conditions:</b></p><ul><li>Office environment; hybrid schedule with 3 days a week onsite preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Brunswick:</b></p><p>Whatever tomorrow brings, we’ll be at the leading edge.
