What’s Under the Hood
DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, The Credit Bureau Advisor is responsible for answering Direct and Indirect disputes pertaining to credit reporting. You will review disputes for inaccuracies and make any necessary adjustments per FCRA guidelines.
In long, you will be responsible for answering Direct and Indirect disputes pertaining to credit reporting. This position requires the individual to review disputes for inaccuracies and make any necessary adjustments per FICRA guidelines.
Responds to Indirect disputes in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of quality assurance.
Process’s fraud/identity theft claims
Manages departmental email box and postal mail by prioritizing and processing disputes.
Anticipates, quantifies, and helps to resolve problems and issues.
Ensures all time sensitive deadlines are met.

The Specifics.
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-5pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
