JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Opportunity
This position of Financial Analyst will support the Infectious Disease US Commercial ID NOW Covid, Flu, Strep, & RSV forecasting and reporting process. This role will work closely with commercial & finance business partners to provide meaningful business insights and improve forecast accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Weekly Reporting: provide leadership with insights on season trends, distributor inventory DOH, instrument placements, and sales flash support.
- Prepare weekly product dashboards for leadership team.
- Support S&OP demand forecasting process.
- Prepare correlation analysis with external data points to better understand impact on ID sales and support scenario analysis for in season deliverables.
- Ownership of instrument dashboard reporting, census, and instruments running assays.
- Support ADHOC requests with analysis and meaningful insights for both commercial and finance business partners.
- Prepare quarterly LBE, Plan, Confirmation and several ad hoc sales forecasts. Ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Support forecast accuracy reporting to Business Unit with Root Cause Analysis towards a future improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and highly motivated

The base pay for this position is
$60,000.00 – $120,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
