JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Opportunity

This position of Financial Analyst will support the Infectious Disease US Commercial ID NOW Covid, Flu, Strep, & RSV forecasting and reporting process. This role will work closely with commercial & finance business partners to provide meaningful business insights and improve forecast accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Weekly Reporting: provide leadership with insights on season trends, distributor inventory DOH, instrument placements, and sales flash support.
• Prepare weekly product dashboards for leadership team.
• Support S&OP demand forecasting process.
• Prepare correlation analysis with external data points to better understand impact on ID sales and support scenario analysis for in season deliverables.
• Ownership of instrument dashboard reporting, census, and instruments running assays.
• Support ADHOC requests with analysis and meaningful insights for both commercial and finance business partners.
• Prepare quarterly LBE, Plan, Confirmation and several ad hoc sales forecasts.  Ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
• Support forecast accuracy reporting to Business Unit with Root Cause Analysis towards a future improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and highly motivated

The base pay for this position is

$60,000.00 – $120,000.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
