Corporate Communications Director Summary: 

The Director of Corporate Communications will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s overall communications strategy. This leadership role involves overseeing external and internal communications, including PR, social media, and brand management, to ensure that Delinea’s messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate communications, media relations, and event planning, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with Delinea’s business objectives, enhancing brand awareness and reputation. Coordinate communication strategies with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and analysts. 

• Develop and execute storytelling initiatives that articulate Delinea’s unique value proposition and industry leadership. Create engaging, authentic narratives that resonate with target audiences, position Delinea as a thought leader in cybersecurity and drive greater awareness of the company’s innovative solutions and impact. 

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers. Manage the company’s spokespeople, managing press releases, media interviews, and public statements. 

• Lead the development and execution of crisis communication plans. Manage communication during critical situations to protect Delinea’s reputation. 

• Oversee internal communications, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across the organization. Manage the content for the company All Hand and Town Hall calls to drive engagement among employees. 

• Lead the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, speeches, presentations, and digital content that reflects the company’s brand voice and strategic objectives. 

• Guide the company's social media strategy, ensuring that all social media activities are aligned with the overall communications strategy. Support the Social Media Manager in content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics reporting. Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to enhance Delinea's online presence.
