- Education: Minimum High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor for Medina Home-Based, the Therapeutic Behavioral Service (TBS) Worker provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients, their families, and/or family members as needed. They will work with clients in community, school, and home settings to provide support – including education, consultation, linkage, and skill building – for the client, parents and/or caregivers, case coordination, and symptom management and monitoring.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provide therapeutic behavioral services and documentation thereof, including but not limited to:
- treatment planning;
- support, including education and consultation for families regarding the client’s mental illness;
- case management;
- symptom monitoring and self-management of symptoms;
- assistance in increasing social support skills and networks;
- referral and linkage to other healthcare, behavioral health care, and non-health care services;
- access to resources in the community;
- skills building;
- client transportation; and
- report all incidents and documents the same day to Clinical Supervisor.
