<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS)</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Oracle EBS, Business Analysis, Finance, Supply Chain, Requirements Management, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Functional Design, UAT, ERP Implementations</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ YOE</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Mexico</p> <p><strong>Mode:</strong> Remote</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring <strong>Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) (#F-10609-ERP-USA-FP-15)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze business processes, identify transformation and optimization opportunities, and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive UAT activities, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, and deployment and post-production support.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, and gap analysis.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Financial Planning, and Reporting.</p> </li> <li> <p&
