MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director/Program Manager to join our team in Ashburn, VA.

You are responsible for providing disciplined leadership and structural organization to rapidly implement critical, high-impact security solutions that directly protect the Nation's digital borders while ensuring continuous, compliant contract delivery for 24x7x365 network, cyber, and cloud services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the key leader and program representative, engaging with senior customer officials on all aspects of program performance.
• Sets the program strategy in partnership with the customer.
• Manages, directs, and allocates resources to ensure on-time delivery of top-quality services and meet or exceed contract Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develops and implements long-term IT roadmaps and strategy, and monitor alignment of tactical activities, crucial for evolving SOC capabilities.
• Performs risk management, including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks, and communicating/escalating risks and issues.
• Be available to support the customer during ad hoc and after-hours emergencies in a fast-paced operations environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or cybersecurity.
• At least one or a combination of the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC).
• Ten (10+) years overall network engineering management and wide area network experience, with technical and management teams.
• Seven (7+) years of direct project and program management experience managing Government contracts in IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity programs of increasing complexity.
• Three (3+) years of experience as a Program Manager responsible for all aspects of contract vehicle and/or multiple task order performance.
• Proven, successful delivery of enterprise level support on large (100+ personnel) enterprise IT, cybersecurity, NOC, SOC, or similar program(s).
