Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the achievement of distributor portfolio countries financial business targets (Sales, Gross Profit, WC, Cash Flow) and other non-financial targets.

• Defines & implements specific country-distributor strategies to secure target achievement which are fully consistent and compliant with FHCS’s overall strategies, KPI's and objectives (Attack product implementation, Weighted distribution increase, NPD trade introduction, Sales media execution, Product focus).

Additional Responsibilities

• Execute “Go to Market” excellence in the distributor portfolio of her/his responsibility (Distributor management guidelines, Distributor business models, best-practice sharing, sales tooling development, etc.)

Qualifications:

Professional Experience and Education

• Min 7 yr. successful Sales professional experience in an international and multi-cultural environment. (Experience in FMCG business beneficial).

• Fluent in (both) written and spoken: English

• Leadership qualities & commitment to personal development.

• Holistic thinking and acting, management of complexity and political savviness as well as strong analytical and influencing skills.
