Salesforce Architect / Lead

Jacksonville - Hybrid

Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Architect to lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of our clients Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives, and you will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other technical experts to deliver successful Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in Salesforce and extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect

  • Proven experience in Salesforce solutions architecture, with a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other related technologies.

  • Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or custom API development.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle, deployment strategies, and change management practices.

  • Experience working in agile development environments and managing multiple priorities.

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (or equivalent certification) is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools like Jenkins, Copado, or Salesforce DX.

  • Strong integration experience with third-party systems.

  • Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Financial Services domain knowledge advantageous
