Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, innovative communications professional to join our growing team of global communications professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling and ability to craft compelling, customer-focused stories and engagement strategies with the goal of building trust, loyalty, and advocacy for ServiceNow and its leaders.
The role is ideal for an experienced communications professional who has a passion for creating compelling, concise content, and who seeks to grow their experience advising top-tier executive leaders. We are looking for someone who skillfully manages competing priorities, is a quick and creative thinker, excels at building relationships, is process oriented, and brings rigorous attention to detail and a sense of urgency to everything they do. The ideal candidate will ensure both internal and external communications are inspiring, emotional, relevant, and deeply connect with target audiences.
The Global Field Organization is laser focused on meeting and exceeding the needs of our customer worldwide, working alongside partners and colleagues to bring the best of ServiceNow to their business. This position will serve as the strategic communications lead and a trusted partner, advisor to two globally focused ServiceNow SVPs in the company’s sales organization strategy and operations division delivering on our ambition of annual revenue to $15B+. Working collaboratively and with an integrated team across HR, strategic operations, and other key teams throughout the company, this individual will develop integrated communications and executive visibility programs to inspire multiple audiences to be part of the ServiceNow story. They will partner closely with business leaders and oversee execution of recommended content, creative, and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities:
Understand the communications landscape and needs of various audiences, regularly updating and evolving materials to reflect changes to business priorities, supporting narratives, and the external environment.
Design and produce executive visibility programs that turn ideas into compelling narratives, frameworks, and creative storytelling concepts.
Deliver executive-level work products including scripts, speeches, videos, and social media amplification plans.
Prepare executives with rehearsals, scripts, storyboards etc., while project managing the overall communications schedules.
Plan and support events, including quarterly Town Halls (hybrid, virtual, and in-person).
Manage and support change communications across multiple departments and teams.
Develop employee experience programs and campaigns that highlight wins, recognize individuals and teams, and promote cultural values and behaviors.
Own executive thought leadership for leaders.
Establish and design processes to ensure timely execution through final publication and governance of all content.
Serve as a resource across the communications team to ensure message alignment and consistency across all audiences, including customers and partners.
