We are looking for:
An experienced Maintenance Planner for our Augusta industrial plant
We count on you for:
- Create Preventative Maintenance operations for all areas of the plant.
- Establish scheduling of maintenance activities in accordance with operational requirements.
- Plan maintenance jobs and materials.
- Create a meaningful scheduling job plan for work orders.
- Close all work orders with time and material charged accordingly.
- Work with engineering to help accomplish tasks.
- Schedule/plan unit turnarounds.
- Perform required safety audits per the Augusta Plant yearly audit plan.
- Attend plant-wide safety/wellness sessions.
- Review/perform required safety audits, JSA’s and What-if scenarios.
- Complete all required CBTs on time.
- Participate in PSM, PHA, and PSSR field reviews, as well as Follow-Up Incident investigations as needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all plant environmental standards, ES-01 through ES-10.
- Know the environmental permit limits for your assigned plant (air, waste water, storm water).
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Hazardous Waste Rules (RCRA) to include storage, handling, sampling, transporting, manifesting, record keeping, and emergency response.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the facility environmental plans (SPCC, Storm Water Pollution Prevention).

You will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Maintenance certification or two years education/training preferable.
- Five years of maintenance experience in all phases.
- Some instrumentation and electrical experience.
- One (1) year experience in project construction.
- PC skills (word, database, excel spreadsheet, and other software programs).
- SAP system experience/knowledge in the work order, preventative maintenance and spare parts processing areas.
- Strong organization skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Willing to work overtime as required

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is (80,000 - 95,000 annually). Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
