Area Community Director

You will define and execute a national strategy that brings consistency while enabling regional relevance across diverse markets. Leading distributed regional teams, you will ensure high-quality execution of programs that deepen community participation and brand affinity. The role blends strategic planning, operational oversight, and field engagement, with frequent travel across key markets. You will partner closely with retail, wholesale, and brand teams to align community initiatives with market expansion and store openings. This is a highly cross-functional and impact-driven position that directly influences brand presence and community growth in both established and emerging regions.
