In this role, you will collaborate closely with and report to the Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Senior Care. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and analyze data to support departmental metrics, strategic initiatives and track trends, as well as refine security tools, data and processes to enhance their efficiency and maximize their value. You will play a key role in reviewing, editing, and organizing technical documents to transform them into clear, concise, and professionally formatted materials.
Success in this role will require strong analytical, writing and communication skills, a solid grasp of security domains and concepts, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also need to be highly collaborative in your work and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective data analytics, communication, project coordination, tool utilization within the Security and Trust department, and ultimately contributing to the achievement of our security and program management objectives.

Key Responsibility
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity metrics, KPIs and reports, including tracking security program progress, aligning with standards and organizational objectives, and identifying trends for decision-making.
- Create data-driven presentations and reports to communicate strategies, including collaborating with partners to develop new dashboards, metrics, KPIs to maintain a repository of data sources and owners.
- Contribute to onboarding and configuring departmental tools to optimize functionality and utilization, and extract maximum value.
- Automate security tool analysis, processes and reporting to improve efficiency. This includes attaining subject matter expertise in tools' underlying data and developing domain understanding in specific security-focused tools.
- Coordinate and provide project management support, including but not limited to project planning, scheduling, minutes, requirement analysis and risk identification.
- Translate intricate technical and department-specific content into easily understandable content, making complex information accessible to a broad audience in a lay person terms.
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience related to data analytics, data modeling risk management, governance, and metrics reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in creating technical communications, reports, presentations and dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL), programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and ETL frameworks.
- Project management experience along with a knowledge and conceptual understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Azure Security Center, Wiz, Microsoft Cloud App Security, and other relevant security tools, CrowdStrike.
- Proficient in data modeling, database design, and data mining techniques.
- Proficiency in Jira/Confluence, Power BI, MS-Suites, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create dashboards and deliver audience-relevant technical presentations.
- Exposure to monitoring and event management tools.
- 3+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work with tight schedules and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; in particular, experience in translating technical complex concepts into easily understandable format.
