Senior Ad Operations Specialist

The Job: The Sr. Ad Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for the delivery and accuracy of digital advertising campaigns. This individual will play a critical role in supporting several functions relating to campaign setup, management and support. This role requires an understanding of SEM, paid social, and programmatic advertising. You will also work closely with our Strategy & Planning, Buying, and Marketing Science teams. By nature, you must be an organized, detailed, technically-wired individual who is looking to leverage their analytical and problem-solving abilities in a creative environment.

Location: Atlanta, GA office preferred; remote locations will be considered

Requirements

• BA or BS degree, with demonstrable analytical skills
• 3+ years of experience working in a likeminded industry (media, strategy, brand, creative)

• 3+ years online/digital ad trafficking experience.
• 2+ years working in Google Ads platform
• Experience running paid social campaigns (including but not limited to: Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
• Experience of Doubleclick (DFA/DCM) or various third-party ad serving platforms is a plus
• Experience with conversion set up and tracking is a plus
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Excellent communication skills and ability to problem-solve in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment
• Up-to-date knowledge on media trends and best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication
