Data Integration Architect (Insurance Analytics)

Role Overview:

You'll be at the forefront, liaising with insurance clients alongside our Business and Data Analysts to collect and integrate data analytics requirements. You'll spearhead the design and development of solutions that enhance business insight and performance management. This role involves leading the entire ETL/ELT integration process, from analysis and design to building data warehouses, operational data stores, data lakes, and data marts. Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in expanding and applying our proprietary data and analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead ETL/ELT integration analysis, design, and build processes.
• Generate business and technical integration documentation to guide solution design.
• Analyze client requirements to craft new solutions, overseeing data capture, ingestion, storage, validation, analysis, and visualization.
• Lead data mapping, ETL/ELT processes, and the development of batch and real-time integration patterns.
• Optimize integration performance and manage end-to-end error handling processes.
• Define integration strategies for data conversion and historical loading.
• Assure solution quality to meet business needs.
• Facilitate client and team discussions, addressing complex issues and consulting on integration methods and processes as a subject matter expert.
