RESPONSIBILITIES

As a remote Call Center Sales Consultant, you answer incoming calls, chats, text, and emails, and sell swim school memberships over the phone to our NJ customers. 

We provide qualified leads, no cold calling! 

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong sales drive with an attitude of closing and resolving objections
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• High-speed reliable internet connection
• Reliable working computer (laptop or desktop with sound and video capabilities/Video conference)
• High school degree or higher
• At least 1 year of experience working remotely
• At least 1 year of experience working in Sales (will train you on our program)

REMOTE SCHEDULE

• Extended Call Center Hours are 9 am-9 pm (Open to public 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 2 pm on weekends;Text support shifts are 3 to 9 pm weekdays and 9 am to 2 pm weekends)
• 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 combined shifts (Text and Call shifts) including weekend shifts on a rotating schedule.   

COMPENSATION AND REWARDS

• Pay: $17.00 per hour + bonus based on performance

Requirements

• At Home live high-speed and sturdy internet
• A fully operational computer (laptop or tower) with a camera (working Sound and Video feed) and a headset

We provide all the software (Phone, account processing, ticket management tool, emails, online

training libraries, etc…

Salary Description $18 per hour + commission
