1. Operate sterilizing equipment with minimal supervision.
2. Load and unload retorts as needed.
3. Sterilize and cook products per Quality Assurance specifications.
4. Verify process indicator paint.
5. Lift up to 100 pounds.
6. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
7. Report mechanical and safety issues immediately.
8. Follow food safety, legality, and quality policies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
