We are currently looking for a MSW who enjoys both social work and making great money. The ideal candidate must have a Master of Social Work degree as well as sales experience.
Responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities to generate referrals, presenting our home care services, performing consultations with prospects to sign them up, and visiting clients to evaluate safety and other care needs.

The manager is responsible for managing relationships with caregivers, staff, clients, families, clinicians, and other health personnel in order to provide quality services. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, effective communicator, enjoys building lasting professional relationships and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Establish, promote and maintain relationships with all referral sources (nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living with rehab or respite care, geriatric care managers, doctors. and other health providers)
- Assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the plan of care.
- Manage care services-related issues
- Generate referrals and new business from referral sources, leads, and private clients to meet assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of your marketing efforts, client care, prospects and clients.
- Present our home care services (in-service) to all potential referral sources and prospects
- Attend work related meetings and events
- Perform client supervisory visits in person
Required Skills/Education
- Masters in Social Work
- Sales experience working with clients and case managers (healthcare settings)
- Flexibility to work some evenings, occasional weekends to attend functions, consults and emergencies
- Possess professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong time management
- Self-Starter, driven
- Positive "Can Do" attitude, personable
- Customer Service oriented
- Professional business image
- Must have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
