YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS 

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. 

As the Pool Bartender, you are responsible for effectively serving customers and presenting great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE 

• Complete essential opening duties: stocking beer, filling ice and stocking the bar.
• Make Drink orders in a timely and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all members and guest.
• Respond promptly to any member or guest request.
• Maintain proper uniform, clean and polished appearance always with a positive attitude.\
• Restocking of products at end of your shift.
• Proper cash handling and guest charges along with reconciliation after shift.
• Follow health and safety practices always.
• Follow proper side work duties at start and end of shift.

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED 

Experience and/or Training Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. 

Must Have a valid Bartending License from The Town of Beloit

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT 

• U.S. Work Authorization
