Furthermore, the market's unique legal framework  presents challenges with significant variations in state-level taxes, delivery regulations, and  other factors. 

What to do in the project? 

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to unblock the team and ensure quality standards are met.

• Actively participating in the development of frontend features and functionalities (Balancing hands-on technical tasks with leadership responsibilities).

• Collaborating with the team to design and implement new user interface components.

• Addressing complex architectural decisions and technical debt.

• Identify bottlenecks or external dependencies (from partner downtimes to analyzing their website layout).

• Providing guidance on the selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks.

• Documenting coding standards, guidelines, and best practices.

• Determine and manage priorities, deadlines for different work streams.

• Navigating communication and collaboration issues within the team and with other departments.

• Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  

What professional skills are important to us? 

• Experience of 3+ years in Team \ Tech Lead role.

• Solid experience with React and TypeScript.

• Experience in realization of architectural solutions.

• Engineering mindset.

Intermediate and higher. You will need to write and read the documentation in English.
