Job Family: Clinical Applications Training
Location: Remote United States
This position provides clinical education to customers for new systems, upgrades, and continuing education during and after the installation process. Extensive travel required. Location 1 Hour or less travel time from major Airport

Job Overview:

Conduct on-site and/or in-house training classes for customers and/or employees on the features and operation of products.
Design and develop training programs and plans. Work with training materials specialist to ensure training materials are current and effective.

Prepare training materials and documentation for customers. Remain current on product trends both within the organization and among competitors.

Maximize effectiveness by researching training methodologies, learning tools and practices.


May work with vendors to adapt existing training software.

Responsibilities include collaborating with team members to solve complex problems, proactively identifying and addressing quality issues, and preventing potential disruptions within their scope of work. The individual is expected to document and present research, recommendations, and complex information in a clear and accessible manner to both internal and external audiences.

This role provides technical guidance to colleagues, anticipates process and capacity challenges, and develops effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards. The individual is capable of managing multiple components of large projects, balancing time and resources to meet deadlines, and ensuring alignment with quality and cost objectives.

Experience Required:

Individuals at this level are fully proficient in most functional tasks and bring strong technical or professional knowledge to their role. Typically requiring 3–5 years of experience in the field, they are capable of handling complex assignments, managing parts of larger projects, and providing technical guidance to peers. Experience should demonstrate problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to document and present complex information clearly.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
• Provide onsite clinical training to Natus customers who have purchased neurology and sleep equipment according to established schedule and processes. Provide follow up education support to customers who have received training during the installation process.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of Natus neurology and sleep equipment, as required.
• Pro-actively escalate customer issues and needs to the relevant departments within the organization. Serve as clinical liaison between the customer and Technical Service department.
• Ensure timely completion of all paperwork and required reports including all data entries in company CRM system.
• Provide WebEx training sessions, as assigned.
• Participate in training sessions and review of new product functionality to keep updated on all software and hardware changes.
• Assists with the development and maintenance of training documentation for various types of end users of our products. Ensures that all documentation used is approved within Natus guidelines.
• Assist with pre-sale education and clinical support to potential customers, as requested
• Committed to get to and sustain the highest level of clinical expertise, keeping all certifications current through continuing education.
• May be asked to perform other tasks as required.
