Summary:
Lead a team of Resident Assistants and mentor high school students in our two-week pre-college summer program! This is your chance to gain leadership experience, build your resume, and make a real impact on students’ lives.
Essential Functions:
Supervise about 10 RAs and coordinate their shifts.
Mentor and support students in dorms and activities.
Lead evening events and oversee free time/study periods.
Handle check-in/check-out, room assignments, and weekend supervision (July 11–12).
Be the go-to contact for emergencies and student concerns.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Part-time.
20 - 27 hours per week.
Salary Range:
$1,500.00 stipend.
Required Education and Experience:
A current undergraduate or graduate student (Summer 2026).
A strong communicator and problem-solver.
Comfortable working with diverse students.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Training takes place on Zoom, July 1 & 2.
In-person orientation, July 4.
Housing and meals provided.
One evening off during the program.
