Job Description:The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships is looking for a Student Administrative Assistant to join our State Programs area.
This Federal Work Study position will assist our coordinators with data entry while learning financial aid processing.
Some key responsibilities and characteristics of this position are:
- Reviewing, calculating, and entering grade and hour update information.
- Reviewing and creating scholarship appeal tracking pages for retro withdraw processes, requiring accurate data entry.
- Assisting with outreach and cases.
- 15-20 hours weekly.
$13/hour
Minimum Requirements:- Must be a current UF student.
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.
- Available to work 15 hours a week, including Summer.
- Knowledge of Macintosh computers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
