Job Summary

Role Overview: A Cloud Platform Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based systems to ensure they are secure, scalable, and efficient. This role involves working with cloud architectures and platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform to support the company’s digital infrastructure.

Job Description

Qualifications:

    Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Experience: Proven experience in cloud platform engineering or a similar role.

    Technical Skills:

        Proficiency with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

        Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and trends.

        Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

        Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

    Problem-Solving Skills:

        Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

    Communication Skills:

        Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

    Certifications:

        Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are preferred.

    Security Knowledge:

        Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.

    Analytical Skills:

        Strong analytical skills to assess and improve cloud system performance.
