Develop solutions that support business ideas and product concepts. Gather and translate testable requirements into application software solutions. Conduct interviews and requirements workshops with a cross-discipline team to elicit understanding of business needs. Own, maintain, and groom technical / innovation stories. Interface with product managers, and other cross functional teams on relevant product documentation and training material. Own, maintain, and groom the PI / Sprint backlog. Write testable requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Serve as an integrated scrum team member to assure requirements are understood fully. Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive a solution that meets the program level objectives and vision. Work with Product Management to write business cases to justify an investment.

Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience analyzing software requirements. In lieu of a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree and 5 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master’s or foreign equivalent degree and 2 years of experience as stated. Also requires 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, MIRO, and HIPAA compliance. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. Base compensation is at least $119,288. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
