About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Product Associate Scientist (Contract) to play a vital role within the Clinical Science team at Click. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of evidence-based digital therapeutic solutions to support individuals recovering from opioid use disorder. This role is highly collaborative, and the ideal candidate should be passionate about clinical science innovation and excited about the potential of digital therapeutics to help people in need. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable translating behavioral health techniques into digital treatments, exploring new and innovative treatment mechanisms, and providing guidance to our product team during app conceptualization and build.

This role is a 15 month contract position (40hrs/week), with a possibility of becoming a full time employee role at the end of the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Clinical Science and Content teams in a highly collaborative, iterative process to design high-quality, evidence-based experiences in clinical content and features that facilitate learning, practice, and sustainable behavior change.
- Co-design behavior change strategies to increase engagement and effectiveness of the clinical program, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines.
- Support the Clinical Science team’s Discovery Track in conceptualizing and executing discovery research initiatives to inform future iterations of the product experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, research findings, and advancements in digital therapeutics and behavioral science to continuously enhance Click Therapeutics' offerings.
- Review, synthesize, and report on clinical and behavioral science literature to inform product development.
- Work closely with the Content team to develop a comprehensive content library that can be utilized across Click Therapeutics' product portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- At least one year of post-doctoral experience developing and evaluating digital health interventions.
- Some industry experience (e.g. working on digital health, apps, etc.)
- Experience with product design and development processes.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles.
- Energized by the fast-paced nature of working in a novel start-up environment and eager to continuously learn and adapt to evolving challenges and technologies.
