As a Senior Laboratory Technician, you'll be part of our collaborative R&D team developing advanced products and technologies that help solve global challenges in healthcare, environmental protection, and food safety. REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma Required
- Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on bioprocess development experience
- Proficiency in bioreactor management, including setup, takedown, and maintenance
- Experience preparing standard solutions, reagents and other laboratory materials (buffer preparation, media preparation, pH calibration/measurements, autoclaving etc.)
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, including cell passaging and culture maintenance
- Expertise in lab operations management, including restocking, ordering supplies and consumables
- Experience maintaining laboratory equipment and conducting routine calibrations (particularly with Cedex, AKTA, Pendo tech and micropipettes)
- Experience with lab software and processes (including UNICORN, Pendo tech, SAP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed documentation and lab records following ALCOA principles
- Experience handling hazardous materials safely
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work varying hours including occasional evenings/weekends as needed
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $21.82–$29.09.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
