HOURLY RATE:   $20.00 - 23.00 per hour (based on relevant experience)

Job Summary
Work related to supporting general business operations at the City.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all inclusive.
- Support application intake and eligibility review for FoCo Creates Grant Program.
- Track grant materials, contract, invoices and reporting deadlines.
- May support all programs within the City’s Community Arts Workgroup as needed: FoCo Creates Grant Program, Art in Public Places, Center for Creativity, Visual Arts.
- Enters data, compiles records and reports; manage grant tracking
- Compiles and organizes materials for Arts & Culture programs and/or special projects.
- Provides clerical support including preparing or answering correspondence; scheduling meetings; taking notes as requested; preparing materials for presentations and workshops;
- May provide support in executing financial transactions such as grant payment, data entry and tracking.
- May administer document and record management systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
