Food & Beverage Cashier: Full Time Seasonal

This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guest, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service.
• Will assist guests with cash, room and credit card transactions.
• Performs food-handling, food preperation and service duties.
• Periodic bar service coverage.
• Answers questions relating to all F&B products.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Cash-handling experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• ServSafe certification
• TIPs certification

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to learn how to how to operate a cash register and cash handling processes.
• Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.
• Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and comfort using cash register.
• Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Must have comprehensive menu knowledge.
• Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language.
• Must be able to work in a high volume, high demand work environment.
