Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting marketing performance across channels, leveraging advanced analytics to synthesize data into actionable insights to drive decision making, and identifying trends and areas of opportunity to grow our business and optimize marketing efforts to improve/ optimize marketing investment, lead generation and lead conversion. This person will also identify new questions and problem areas for the marketing department and select and design appropriate analytical methods and models to solve them. In addition to working closely with each team within Marketing, this person will also be collaborating with our Digital Technology, Digital analytics & Finance teams to drive forecasting, lead scoring, and investment optimization.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Track, monitor, and analyze campaign/test performance and KPIs across all marketing channels to  identify key trends and root causes, anticipate and respond to stakeholder questions; use data insights and research to drive lead gen and business growth
  • Leverage advanced analytics to uncover actionable insights and recommendations to drive targeting strategy and improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment
  • Develop solutions on campaign analytics, full-funnel multi-touch attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), advanced targeting & segmentation for driving improved customer experiences across the entire customer journey.
  • Lead Test & Design experimentation to evaluate and quantify the impact of different marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Finance communicate and update channel and campaign specific forecasts for in-flight marketing initiatives and post-campaign metrics & ROI
  • Develop and deliver unique insights about the Marketing through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Build a best-in-class team for the exploitation of data, using tools and techniques for data analytics, mining and visualization.
  • Drive the adoption of Marketing Analytics products amongst the user community, increase the product satisfaction and the impact of the Analytics products.
  • Bring the promise of data science and machine learning to reality within Marketing Analytics, increasing decision effectiveness and speed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in STEM or other quantitative disciplines (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or similar) or similar experience is required. Advanced degree in related fields preferred.
  • 10 years+ overall experience in an analytical role, preferably marketing analytics,
  • 5+ years in managing analytical resources
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and analytics platforms – Tableau, PowerBI
  • Experienced with modeling & machine learning techniques used to solve business problems like lead scoring, propensity modeling, classification, multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling,
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and ability to build complex formulas
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and deep ex
