About the role

The Client Associate-1 Role provides foundational support to employee benefits clients by assisting with enrollments, billing, documentation, and system updates. This role executes routine tasks with guidance while developing a working knowledge of benefits, processes, and the client lifecycle.  ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:  <ul> <li>Provides day‑to‑day operational and administrative support across the employee benefits client lifecycle, including enrollments, billing, eligibility updates, and system maintenance. </li> <li>Prepares and distributes client and employee materials, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance and documentation standards. </li> <li>Supports onboarding of new clients by executing checklist tasks and coordinating required data, materials, and internal workflows. </li> <li>Responds to routine client and internal inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate while continuing to build benefits and compliance knowledge.  </li> <li>Assists with renewals, benchmarking, RFP preparation, and marketing coordination under close supervision.<span data-ccp-props="{"20134
