General Cafeteria Worker - High School - 6 Hours/Day

The Mt. Lebanon School District Food Services Department is seeking applicants for the position of General Cafeteria Worker at Mt. Lebanon High School.
This is a part-time, on-site, permanent, 10 month position working 6 hours per day, scheduled between the hours of 7:00 AM and 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, on days when students are in attendance during the regular school year.
Additional work/training days may be scheduled by the Food Services Department on an as needed basis.
This assignment involves money counting, balancing cash drawers and receipts, and data entry. Mathematical and computational skills and experience are helpful.

The 2026-2027 hourly rate is $17.57.
This position is eligible for:
- Paid time off in the form of sick and personal days
- A district contribution towards the purchase of district sponsored health, dental, and/or vision insurance benefits after successful completion of a 90 day probationary period
- Work shirts provided
- Reimbursement of up to $150 per school year for the purchase of district-approved work pants and/or shoes

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
In order to be eligible for employment, the following clearances must be furnished and approved for hire at time of job offer:
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
- FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114)
The following additional trainings and forms are required upon hire:
- Act 126 Child/Student Abuse Recognition and Reporting
- Arrest or Conviction Form (PDE 6004) (Act 24)
- School Personnel Health Record (Physical with TB Test)
- Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Information (Act 168)
