NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group.

Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Azure and AWS and strong hands-on experience deploying, securing, and operating Databricks platforms at scale. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing cloud-native infrastructure, automating CI/CD pipelines, and implementing robust security and governance practices for data and analytics workloads.

Your Impact as Cloud DevOps Engineer : 

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer you will design and operate secure, scalable Databricks platform across Azure and AWS, enabling fast, reliable delivery of data and analytics solutions. You’ll drive automation with IaC and CI/CD, optimize performance and cost, ensure strong security controls, resolve complex production issues, and elevate DevOps practices across the teams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available Databricks platform services across Azure and AWS (Databricks workspace deployments, including networking, identity integration, cluster configuration, and performance optimization)

  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as CloudFormation, Bicep

  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for application, data, and platform deployments

  • Enforce security best practices including IAM, RBAC, network isolation, secrets management, encryption, and compliance controls

  • Integrate Databricks with cloud-native services (ADLS, S3, Key Vault, Secrets Manager, monitoring tools, etc.)

  • Collaborate with data engineering, platform, and security teams to support analytics and ML workloads

  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues in production environments

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps standards and best practices

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS (architecture, networking, security, and operations)

  • Proven experience deploying and managing Databricks in production environments

  • Deep knowledge of Databricks security: Workspace and cluster security, Identity federation (Azure AD / IAM), Secrets management, Network security (VNET injection, private endpoints)

  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Bicep)
