What you’ll be doing

• Work as a member of the Payments Domain

• Plan and conduct a comprehensive product-market fit analysis

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative approaches for automation

• Recognize and articulate product-market fit discrepancies to relevant stakeholders

• Develop and distribute training resources for our Commerce teams

• Learn from and share knowledge with your colleagues to enhance your skills and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

What you’ll bring

• A passion for technology and intellectually curious about the FinTech industry

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges

• Ownership mindset, and a bias for action

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and experience presenting in a group environment

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
