WORK TYPE: Full Time

LOCATION DETAILS: Remote; Dallas, TX preferred

WORK HOURS:  Mon – Fri; 8am-5pm CST

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: >5%

BASE PAY RATE:  $55,000-$65,000 DOE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the Drop Ship Processes to ensure that processes among vendors are as consistent as possible.
• Order Processing oversees order processing and ensures timely deliveries.
• Create Purchase Orders in SAP and send them to vendor if it is not sent EDI
• Lead team continuously drive drop ship optimization through troubleshooting of common issues using best practices, training, and documentation.
• Help assist your team members wherever possible
• Order Management, working all B/O, bucket and ZOPO reports
• Email Management
• Manage your team members and help assist wherever possible
• Leads drop ship team optimization through troubleshooting of common issues using best practices, training and documentation
• Coordinates processes with vendors, purchasing and sales teams
• Prepares processes, execute purchase orders to vendor
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES

• Ability to handle sensitive matters and information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, remain organized and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
• Self-motivated team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot focus of responsibilities in a smooth and efficient manner
• Incorporate customer-centric values and SPIRIT principles into the company's mission, vision, and core values.
• The ability to communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of Federal and State Human Resource related laws and regulations.
• Must be comfortable with conflict resolution.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven success to effectively communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and learning new systems/technology with understanding some work is processed manually.
   

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. Largely a sedentary role with some filing requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. The ability to sit or stand for long periods through meetings and while operating office equipment, PC’s, laptop, telephone will be required.  

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; drive, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

During events, the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (5 hours plus) is required. The ability to communicate with customers and colleagues using the following but not limited to radio, walkie talkie, text message and email is required. The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and manipulate equipment that is a minimum of 30 lbs. is required.
