The opportunity 

Join our dynamic Cybersecurity team as a Manager in Response & Investigations, where you'll confront emergent threats, conduct detailed investigations, and develop strategies to enhance security measures. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our organization's digital infrastructure and requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement and the application of best practices. 

 

Your key responsibilities 

As a Manager in Cybersecurity Response & Investigations, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering high-quality outcomes and effective risk containment. You'll lead workstream deliveries, manage project milestones, and engage in client discussions, all while identifying opportunities for expanded services. Expect to be challenged with complex issues and to make informed decisions that influence policies and procedures. 

  • Lead and supervise staff, guiding decisions and initiatives 
  • Ensure local performance objectives are met 
  • Manage project economics and resources 

 

Skills and attributes for success 

To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong knowledge of technology with a specialized discipline in cybersecurity and privacy. You should be solution-oriented and capable of navigating complex issues with informed decisions. 

  • Proven ability to manage and deliver processes, solutions, and projects 
  • Strategic thinking and proactive risk management 
  • Excellent relationship-building and team leadership skills 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have 

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Typically, 4-6 years of relevant experience Forensic analysis expertise 
  • Incident response experience 
  • Security event analysis capability 
  • Relationship building and team leadership 
  • Complex problem-solving skills 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

  • Professional certification as defined per service line 
  • Adaptability to the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape 
  • Leading-edge knowledge of cybersecurity practices
