We're looking for a Strategic Program Manager to join our Strategic Projects team, and own key initiatives across our payment and banking infrastructure (bank partners, payment networks and third-party providers). You will play a critical role in the set-up of the infrastructure required to support the launch of new products and lead its cross-team implementation. You will be highly exposed to senior management and work with different teams - Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, Compliance. You will also monitor the performance of the operating infrastructure to optimize its performance and costs.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement the infrastructure required to support the roll-out of our new products (credits, acquiring, local IBANs and payment tools etc)
- Develop and maintain the relationships with our most strategic payment and banking partners with the objective of continuously improving FINOM competitive advantage and unlock new growth verticals
- Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure that FINOM has access to the best technology, business terms and service levels across the industry
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate with new infrastructure providers as FINOM expands its product and geographic coverage
Who you are
- You have held a start-up operator role with exposure to senior leadership
- You operate with extreme ownership and have a track-record of delivered results because execution is your obsession
- You navigate easily between the strategic roadmap and operational problem-solving
- You are experienced in planning and leading complex cross-functional projects end-to-end under tight deadlines
- Your energy and organizational skills make you a strong project leader
- You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills: you bring clarity to chaos and translate complex problems into an action plan
Bonus if you
- Come from a top-tier consulting/VC firm and transitioned into Product/Ops at a fast-growing scale-up
- Have led initiatives involving cost optimization
