Senior Technical Customer Success Manager - Spain

We are looking for a senior Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As part of the Customer Success team in the Spanish market, you are responsible for guiding and advising clients on the best ways to make the most out of AB Tasty solutions. You will work closely with the Sales, Account Management and technical teams. You will be the CRO expert guiding the customer through the best practices &amp; learnings. This position will cover clients in the Spain/Italy/LATAM/Portugal markets. <br/>Note: We are looking for a native Spanish speaker, with a working proficiency in English. <h3>What you will do:</h3> <ul> <li>Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio, being retention the maximum priority</li><li>Build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customers</li><li>Undertake operational and methodological training for major accounts</li><li>Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaigns</li><li>Analyze and identify new areas for optimization following data analysis</li><li>Maximize your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction</li><li>Help the Sales team with the onboarding of new clients (POCs, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)</li></ul> <h3>What we're looking for:</h3> <ul> <li>University degree in Engineering or any technical degree</li><li>Minimum of 5 years working experience in a related digital field as a Customer Success Manager or any Consulting role</li><li>Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable testing ideas, data-driven mindset</li><li>Mandatory moderate to advanced knowledge of Front-end technologies (Plain Javascript, any other front-end framework, CSS…)</li><li>Previous experience with Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Tag Commander, Adobe, etc..), Analytics tools, CRO tools (ABTasty, Content Square, Optimize, Optimizely, Kameleoon, VWO, etc...) will be highly valuable</li><li>Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized</li><li>Ability to punctually travel </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and proficiency in English</li></ul> <h3>What we offer:</h3> <ul> <li>Flexible remote policy: 3 days per week from home</li><li>A fair and competitive salary package</li><li>Employee Stock Ownership plan</li><li>Training programs</li><li>An equipment budget of 240 euros to work comfortably from home</li><li>Seminars and team buildings</li></ul>
