Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develops comprehensive, impactful advertisement strategy, encompassing lead generation, engagement, and conversion to support the admissions cycle and drive qualified leads to Chicago Booth.
- Leads and guides cross-functional teams in planning, conceptualizing, and executing unified, multi-channel marketing campaigns for Chicago Booth.
- Oversight of all integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring creative deliverables are met and aligned with overall campaign objectives.
- Leads annual planning meetings.
- Collaborates with and manages various contracted external agencies to create marketing and media plans and develop innovative and creative design campaigns.
- Develops, implements, and reports out on KPIs for key marketing initiatives.
- Manages the marketing advertisement budget under an always-on model, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI evaluation.
- Leverages analytics to measure marketing effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Provides recommendations and insights to senior leadership on improvements to marketing processes that will drive scalability, ROI, and efficiency into key areas for continuous enhancements.
- Stasy ahead of industry trends and maintains a keen awareness of the competitive landscape.
- Plans, develops, designs and implements the strategic marketing plans for a department or program. Directs, monitors and evaluates marketing communication and research programs.
- Provides leadership and supervision to staff, usually other senior managers and/or managers, including selection and development of staff.
- Performs other related work as needed.
