We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager that will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operations of the studio.
- Ensuring daily operational goals is met and member experience is held to a high standard
- Responsible for overseeing the membership sales process, including meeting performance metrics for weekly and monthly goals
- Manage, monitor, coach-develop and evaluate the performance of Front Desk Sales Associates
- Compliance and adherence to Business Policies for daily studio operations
- Have experience at an assistant management level
- Can motivate multiple employees in diverse fields
- Will have a successful track record in goal management
- Always displays a friendly, motivated, and sales driven attitude
- You are a motivated leader open to learning, challenging themselves, and engaging their team to drive performance, and continually meet or exceed company driven goals.
Assistant Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following:
- Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or assistant manager.
- Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
- Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Competent trainer and motivator
- MindBody Software experience a plus

Qualifications
- Proven sales and leadership experience is required
- Must possess excellent leadership skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and members
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and function in a team environment
- Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
- Passionate about wellness and helping others achieve their goals
- Previous management experience in the health & wealth industry strongly preferred
