About the Team
Join our innovative and rapidly expanding US Tech Service team. We are looking for a talented Software Engineer, Enterprise Application, with a strong background in both Software Engineering (SWE) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This role is crucial in building, maintaining, and enhancing scalable and reliable enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, UI designers, and other engineers, to create data-driven solutions that power our global operations. This position is available in our Mountain View, CA, or Seattle, WA offices.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and improve system architecture to enhance service reliability, performance, and scalability, while ensuring the extensibility of our applications.
• Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure the health and availability of our systems, using industry-standard tools and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues, working closely with vendors and external partners to meet application reliability and performance standards.
• Automate deployment, change management, and validation processes to streamline operations and minimize disruptions.
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain high uptime and meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical enterprise applications.
• Contribute your expertise and perspectives to help the team grow and tackle new challenges.
