YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You act as PA to the Head Of Department and support with calendar and E-mail management
• You coordinate national and international trips for the HOD and the management team
• You handle general organizational and administrative tasks and keep track of important deadlines
• You support with event planning 
• You actively participate in meetings and document the outcome as needed

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have completed a Bachelors degree or comparable 
• Experience You have at least two years of demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant role, preferably in an international environment
• Soft Skills You are a talented multi-tasker with a "can-do" mindset and outstanding organizational skills
• Communication You are fluent in English and Portuguese, or German, or Italian, or French
• Passion Ideally, you are familiar with Customer Sales & Service Topics
