Job Description

• Take ownership of purchasing and warehouse process
• Drive cost savings in the purchase sphere
• Identify alternative sources of materials
• Follow min, max to ensure sufficient materials are available for the production continuity
• Ensure Inventory levels neither cross max nor goes below min
• Attending lab and red folder meetings to understand the lab requirements and customer order requirements to align purchase activity
• In charge of the warehouse and receive all the materials physically and in AX/COUPA, store them in appropriate bins
• Align with warehouse executive on the material issue process
• Ensure warehouse follows 5S process all the time
• Ensure adequate controls and process in place for warehouse inventory integrity
• Cycle counts and make sure there are no variances between system qty and physical qty
• Support audits and need to learn ( if not already aware of ) forklift operation

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2+ related experience

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Knowledge of and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel
• Should be able to work with the teamBasic

Salary:

• $65,000

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
