Role & Responsibilities
Define the AI and digital transformation strategy for FLIGHT DECK, including the North Star for an AI-enabled FLIGHT DECK Coach and an integrated roadmap across learning, performance support, and continuous improvement
Lead discovery and design for high-value use cases (e.g., just-in-time coaching, role-based guidance, adaptive learning paths, practice simulations, on-the-job checklists, intelligent content retrieval), aligned to SQDC outcomes
Stand up and product-manage the FLIGHT DECK Coach: backlog and roadmap, UX, content architecture, data instrumentation, adoption, and iteration
Run an experimentation engine: rapid pilots, A/B testing, and measurement loops across sites/roles; codify wins into standard work and scalable releases
Partner with Capability Development and Learning Designers to digitize fundamentals (microlearning, scenarios, simulations) and embed performance support into daily work
Build and manage operating mechanisms and governance: privacy and data security, model and content lifecycle, change management, and stakeholder communication
Establish metrics for digital adoption and impact; implement analytics and dashboards to track behavior change and business outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional partnerships (IT/DT, Data/AI teams, Cybersecurity, HR/Talent, Site Leaders) and manage external vendors/partners as needed
Create enablement for coaches, facilitators, and leaders to use digital tools effectively (playbooks, job aids, office hours)
Develop internal capability: upskill the FLIGHT DECK team on AI literacy, prompt design, and “human-in-the-loop” coaching practices

A minimum of 10 years of experience across digital transformation, product management, data/AI-enabled solutions, or equivalent roles; experience in scaled adoption across complex operations
Desired Characteristics
Proven track record shipping user-facing digital products or AI-enabled tools with measurable business impact
Strong product and program leadership: discovery, prioritization, backlog/roadmap management, iterative delivery, and change management

Exceptional stakeholder influence across matrixed environments; comfortable engaging site leaders, HR/talent, IT/DT, and operations
Lean manufacturing background preferred; experience translating lean/operating-system practices into digital workflows and coaching
Builder mindset with bias for experimentation and rapid learning; skilled at turning prototypes into scalable solutions
Design-thinking orientation with strong user empathy and experience mapping
Excellent communication and storytelling; able to articulate the “why,” the “how,” and the “what” for digital change
Systems thinker who can connect content, technology, process, and behavior change
High integrity and strong judgment on data privacy, model risk, and change management
