College of Education. Westcliff University’s curriculum consists of graduate and undergraduate degree programs in
business and education as well as other certificate programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
? CPR/AED Certification
? Minimum 1 year of experience coaching Men and Women Cross Country in the college environment or
equivalent experience (competing or managing at an elite level) in a related field.
? Knowledge of the NAIA’s rules, expectations, and procedures, specifically within Men and Women
Cross Country
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Ability to manage Men and Women Cross Country staff and students
Preferred:
? Bachelor's Degree
? 2 years of experience coaching Men and Women Cross Country at the college level within the NAIA.
