Job Description
THE POSITION:
We are seeking a talented and visionary Associate Creative Director, Art to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for visual storytelling. As an Associate Creative Director, Art, you will work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to develop and execute visually compelling concepts that align with our brand vision

Present the vision. Eloquently explain every aspect of a creative solution and how it solves the client challenge. This means leading rock-solid pitch efforts and presentation prowess.
Rock a can-do attitude. You can anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks throughout any stage of the creative process. No time? No problem!
Be a core contributor. You’re part of the inner circle and responsible for the health of the Creative department. That means finding ways to grow new business, leveraging industry insights and further developing our clients’ brands as well as our own. Easy as pie, right?

Responsible for and oversee their respective department.
Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical
