Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

REQUIRED: ELIGIBILE TO GAIN SC CLEARANCE

Would you like to join one of the largest providers of communications and IT solutions across the UK as a Cloud T3 Senior Engineer? Your key objectives will be to provide resolution of customer incidents escalated from the Service Desk, Cloud T2 & monitoring tools.  Ensuring that incidents and are resolved within SLA’s. Incidents will be resolved either directly or through guiding Operations Engineers in resolution.

About the role...

As a member of the Cloud support team your focus will be to provide resolution of incidents escalated through the Operational Support structure in line with organisational KPI’s.  You will be involved in supporting a wide range of technologies, as such we are highly focused on growing technical capabilities within the team which is supported by a robust training plan.

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a T3 Infrastructure Engineering role providing support to an enterprise scale organisation
• Windows Server Support
• M365 / Office 365
• Azure Technologies / VMWare / Hyper-V experience
• Citrix
• Exchange
• Azure AVD

It would be advantageous (not essential) for you to have:

• PowerShell scripting
• DFS Replication
• FSLogix
