What You Bring

• Extensive import/Nissan repair experience

• Proficiency in flat-rate compensation, plus production bonus potential

• ASE or Nissan Master Certification preferred

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

• Minimum age: 18; high school diploma or equivalent

Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Nissan and import vehicles to factory standards

• Road-test vehicles to ensure repair quality

• Document all work accurately—services, parts, hours logged

• Maintain personal tool inventory

• Collaborate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Flat-rate pay, with bonus potential tied to productivity

• Master Technicians at Nissan nationally earn between $57K–$82K/year, with medians around $68K–$74K

• Top performers, especially in high-volume shops, can earn even more—some exceed $100K+ annually when efficiency and output are strong
